My Prologue

This life I live now is merely the prologue to my novel.
I haven't yet reached my first chapter.
It's only the beginning of a tragic ending.
I am only a lonesome character in a book with no pages;
You are the rising action, the climax, my finale.
You are my muse.
You are the everything that coexists in my paper world.
This is why I am lost in the ink flowing waves of forever.
A writer can't get past her prologue without her pen, paper, and ink.
